Shipping & Returns

Delivery Area

We will happily ship orders to all 50 United States. We regret that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are also presently unable to ship to Canada, Mexico, or other addresses outside the United States, including US-held territories such as the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Orders Consisting of Multiple Items

Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than a single item may be shipped separately in order to better serve you.

Processing Time

Orders may require up to 72 hours to process. If your order will be delayed further, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify Terra Bella immediately and return it within 14 days from the purchase date with a copy of the receipt to the address listed below. We will gladly replace the item or if that is not possible, we will credit you the full amount of the defective item.

Items Damaged During Shipping

In the event of actual damage or breakage, please keep all items, packing materials, and box and call us at (425) 818-2285 to make return and replacement arrangements.

Incorrect Items

If you have a received an incorrect item, please call us at (425) 818-2285.

Special Orders

Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

Returns and Exchanges (In-Store)

All Returns and Exchanges must be received within 14 days of purchase to the same Terra Bella store location where purchased, in resalable condition and accompanied by a Sales Receipt.  Resaleable condition means unused, all original packaging intact, clothing unworn and in original undamaged packaging with labels attached in same state as when purchased.  If not in resalable condition, product will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.

All sales are final for food items, under-garments, art, furniture, pillows, seasonal, holiday (Christmas, Easter, Hannukah, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc), special orders, and sale merchandise – no returns or exchanges.

If merchandise qualifies for Return, Sales Receipt has been provided and merchandise returned to same store location where purchased, return will be processed using the same payment method/credit card as used for purchase.  If no receipt or gift receipt, return will be processed for Store Credit.

Returns and Exchanges (Online)

All Returns and Exchanges require a Return Authorization number (RA) and must be received by Terra Bella within 14 days of purchase, in resalable condition and accompanied by the issued RA.  Resaleable condition means unused, all original packaging intact, clothing unworn and in original undamaged packaging with labels attached in same state as when purchased.  If not in resalable condition, product will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping product back to Terra Bella.
