Wine Description:  100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in loose, calcareous friable soil.  Floral, vegetal nose with hints of boxwood.  Fresh, delicate and persistent on the palate. Aged in steel for six months, then in bottle for at least two months.

Since 1980, Lucio Gomiero has pioneered quality through the planting of vines on the side of the highest of the Euganean hills, and by vininfying them with utmost precision. The mineral-rich soil of volcanic origin, together with a mild climate with marked differences between day and night-time temperatures, allow Vignalta to produce grapes of extraordinary quality.
