Delivery Area 

We are happy to ship orders to all 50 United States.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to:

• Post office boxes (P.O. Boxes)
• APO/FPO addresses
• Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations
• U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier surcharges, fuel costs, or actual package weight and dimensions.

Shipping carrier may be changed at the discretion of Terra Bella, based upon shipping conditions.

Orders Consisting of Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items are subject to packaging, weight, and size limitations. Depending on the combination of items ordered, products may ship in one or more boxes to ensure safe delivery.

USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate services are available only when items fit within USPS size and weight limits. If an order exceeds those limits:

• Priority Mail options may not appear at checkout, or
• The order may require shipment via an alternate carrier or multiple packages

If shipping in multiple boxes or using alternate services results in a change to the total shipping cost, we will contact the customer prior to shipment whenever possible.

Processing Time 

Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt.

If an order requires additional processing time or is delayed beyond this window, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Please consider both processing time and shipping transit time when estimating delivery. If a firm delivery date is required, please enter your desired ETA in the order notes at checkout. We will review and advise whether the timeline can be accommodated.

Fuel and Carrier Surcharges

Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on actual carrier rates, package weight and dimensions, and current carrier surcharges, including fuel surcharges.

Due to fluctuations in fuel prices and carrier operating costs, a fuel surcharge may be applied at the time of shipment, depending on shipping conditions in effect at that time. If a fuel surcharge or other shipping adjustment is required, the customer will be contacted via email prior to shipment.

The customer will be informed of the additional charge and will have the option to:

• Proceed with the order, or
• Cancel the order with no penalty or charges

No adjusted shipping charges will be applied without customer approval.

Terra Bella reserves the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion based on service availability, delivery performance, or prevailing shipping conditions.

Heavy and Oversize Items

Certain products may be classified as heavy or oversize due to their weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, or carrier handling limitations. These items may not qualify for standard parcel shipping rates and may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Heavy or oversize items may:

• Exceed standard carrier size or weight limits
• Be subject to dimensional (DIM) weight pricing
• Require special handling, manual processing, or freight‑level service
• Incur additional carrier surcharges, including heavy item, large package, or fuel surcharges

Shipping charges shown at checkout for heavy or oversize items are estimates only. Final shipping costs may vary based on actual package weight, dimensions, destination, carrier selection, and current carrier surcharge conditions.

If an item qualifies as heavy or oversize and requires an adjustment to the shipping cost, the customer will be contacted via email prior to shipment. The customer will be notified of the revised shipping charge and will have the option to:

• Approve the updated shipping cost and proceed with the order, or
• Cancel the order with no penalty or charges

No additional shipping charges will be applied without customer approval.

Terra Bella reserves the right to determine the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for heavy or oversize items to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
