Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be received by Terra Bella within 14 days of purchase and must be in resalable condition.

Resalable condition means:

• Unused and unaltered
• All original packaging and materials intact
• Apparel: unworn, unwashed, and in original undamaged packaging with tags/labels attached in the same condition as received

Items that are not in resalable condition will not be accepted for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return shipping:  The purchaser is responsible for shipping items back to Terra Bella. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to request an RA:  Call (425) 818-2285 to obtain an RA number before returning anything.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify Terra Bella within 3 days of receipt and return it within 14 days from the purchase date with a copy of the receipt to the address listed below. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item or, if that is not possible, we will credit you the full amount of the defective item. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, including for defective items.

Items Damaged During Shipping

In the event of actual damage or breakage, please keep all items, packing materials, and box and call us within 3 days of receipt at (425) 818-2285 to make return and replacement arrangements. Take pictures showing the full view of all sides, top and bottom of items, boxes and packing material. Please retain all packaging materials, including boxes and protective materials, until the review process has been completed.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Please repack the item securely in the original packaging. Returned items must arrive without additional damage beyond what was originally reported.
